THE PROBLEM
2019 August , this monsoon was bad for Kolhapur and surrounding places. River Panchganga was flooded for almost a month and water was in residential areas for a very long time. The aftermath of these floods was bad. As the whole area was under water for a long time, the decay and stink because of that decay, was very strong. When after a month, water started receding and the rescue teams, the cleaning teams of Corporation started working, the stink made it very difficult.
THE SOLUTION
We, THE RUTUBIOSYS TEAM, are the initiators. We had the experience with Malin Landslides, so we approached the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation immediately, and offered our help. Like we said, our goal of entrepreneurship, exceeds monetary gains and that’s why we didn’t wait anybody to get in touch with us. Our helping hand was accepted with much gratitude and we supplied KMC with Odofresh Conc. It was diluted at site and sprayed all over the affected area and the stench was eliminated.
THE OUTCOME
The rescue operation teams and the cleaning teams could work without the stench hindering their progress and Kolhapur could be cleaned effectively because of that.
