THE PROBLEM
A manufacturing unit in Chakan, MIDC has 1000 workers working with 100 urinals among them to be used. As we all know the shortage of house keeping staff is dire in some areas and that resulted in unclean, stinking and unhygienic urinals, which indirectly affected the health of workers.
THE SOLUTION
We advised them to install WATERLESS URINAL PROGRAMME , which they followed and work began. All the 100 urinals were converted into waterless, flush less with the use of Biodoc Bioscreen , Bioblock and Biodoc Urinal
Controller and the results were promising.
THE OUTCOME
Total odor control in the washrooms, better hygiene, monthly water saving of around 90000 liters because every urinal was made flush less. Reduction in water usage translated into reduction in cost of treating waste water, energy saving & man power saving.
